Abhay is a litigator at heart, equally at home in a courtroom and across a negotiating table. A certified mediator trained in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), he has brought many disputes to settlement — among families, estate planners and corporations — often sparing clients the cost and rancour of a fight. His practice spans matrimonial and family matters, commercial disputes, arbitration, and corporate negotiations for the facilitation of credit, and he has spent years on pro-bono matters against the State and large corporations — often the cases others called unwinnable. He brings a rare duality to each brief: the precision of a trial lawyer and the strategic calm of an advisor. Above all he is candid — clients leave knowing exactly where their matter stands and what the sensible next step is.
